What happens to your documents
- Your documents are uploaded to a workspace dedicated to your firm alone. They're indexed there. They stay there.
- When you ask a question, only the parts of a document needed to answer it are used to generate the answer — not the whole file.
- Every question, retrieved excerpt, and answer is recorded on your workspace. The record belongs to you.
- Administrative access to your chats is disabled. We don't read your conversations.

Your workspace runs on infrastructure in Germany. Encrypted at rest and in transit. Dedicated to your firm. Not shared with other brokers.
