No. ChatGPT is general knowledge on shared servers. This answers only from your documents, in your own workspace — and every question and answer is recorded, so you can describe the data flow in writing.

You could. But you'd still be relying on a shared platform, and you'd still have to explain to your aggregator where your clients' data sits. This gives you a workspace and a record that are yours.

The disclosure attaches to your firm, not the vendor. Your aggregator can't make the disclosure for you because it's not their client relationship. We give you the workspace and the record. You write the disclosure.
